청소년보호정책
비움(Bium)(이하 "회사")은 청소년이 유해정보에 노출되지 않도록 다음과 같은 정책을 시행합니다.
1. 가입 연령 제한
- 비움은 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 회원가입 시 만 18세 이상임을 확인하는 절차를 거칩니다.
- 만 18세 미만인 이용자의 가입 사실이 확인되면 계정과 관련 정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 법정대리인이 자녀의 계정을 발견하신 경우 dnjsvltmp@naver.com으로 알려주시면 즉시 삭제해 드립니다.
2. 유해정보에 대한 기준
회사는 다음을 청소년에게 유해한 정보로 보고 서비스 내 게시를 금지합니다.
- 음란하거나 성적 대상화가 담긴 내용
- 자해, 자살, 섭식장애의 방법을 안내하거나 이를 조장하는 내용
- 폭력, 잔혹, 협박이 담긴 내용
- 도박, 마약, 주류, 담배의 이용을 권유하는 내용
- 차별과 혐오를 조장하는 내용
- 기타 청소년의 건전한 인격 형성을 저해하는 내용
3. 유해정보 차단 및 관리 조치
- 사전 차단 — 게시글과 이미지 업로드 시 자동 필터링을 적용하여 위험 신호가 있는 콘텐츠의 노출을 제한합니다.
- 신고 접수 — 모든 게시글, 댓글, 메시지, AI 응답에 신고 기능을 제공합니다.
- 24시간 내 검토 — 접수된 신고를 24시간 이내에 검토하고 조치합니다.
- 차단 기능 — 이용자가 특정 이용자를 직접 차단할 수 있습니다.
- 위반자 제재 — 유해정보 게시자에 대해 콘텐츠 삭제, 이용 정지, 영구 배제 조치를 취합니다.
- 연령 등급 — 앱 마켓에 만 18세 이상(18+) 등급으로 등록하여 미성년자의 접근을 제한합니다.
4. 청소년 이용자 보호를 위한 추가 조치
- 실명, 전화번호, 학교명 등 신원을 특정할 수 있는 정보의 게시를 금지합니다.
- 익명 이용자의 신원을 특정하려는 시도를 금지하고 위반 시 제재합니다.
- 위험 신호가 감지되면 청소년 상담 연락처(1388)를 포함한 지원 정보를 안내합니다.
- 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 이용자 데이터를 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

유해정보를 발견하셨거나 청소년 보호와 관련한 의견이 있으시면 위 연락처로 알려주시기 바랍니다. 접수 후 24시간 이내에 조치하고 결과를 회신합니다.

7. 정책의 변경
본 정책이 변경되는 경우 시행일 7일 전부터 웹사이트와 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 알립니다.

Youth Protection Policy
Bium ("we") maintains the following policy so that young people are not exposed to harmful content.
1. Minimum age
- Bium is available only to people aged 18 and over.
- Age is confirmed during registration.
- If we learn that someone under 18 has registered, we delete the account and related data without delay.
- Guardians who find a minor's account can write to dnjsvltmp@naver.com and we will delete it immediately.
2. What we treat as harmful
The following are prohibited on the Service as harmful to young people:
- Pornographic or sexually objectifying material
- Content that explains or encourages methods of self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating
- Violence, cruelty, or threats
- Promotion of gambling, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
- Content promoting discrimination or hatred
- Anything else that impedes healthy development
3. How we block and manage harmful content
- Preventive filtering — text and images are checked automatically on upload, and flagged content is hidden from view.
- Reporting — every post, comment, message, and AI reply can be reported.
- Review within 24 hours — reports are reviewed and acted on within a day.
- Blocking — users can block any other user directly.
- Enforcement — those who post harmful content face content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.
- Age rating — the app is rated 18+ on app stores to limit access by minors.
4. Additional protections
- Posting real names, phone numbers, school names, or other identifying details is prohibited.
- Attempting to identify an anonymous user is prohibited and penalised.
- When risk signals appear, we surface support information including youth helplines.
- We show no advertising and do not use user data for advertising purposes.
