커뮤니티 이용규칙
비움의 커뮤니티는 감정이 약해진 사람들이 이름 없이 머무는 곳입니다. 그래서 다른 곳보다 기준이 엄격합니다.
무관용 원칙. 비움은 불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠와 다른 이용자를 괴롭히는 행위에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 위반이 확인되면 경고 없이 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 정지하거나 영구 배제할 수 있습니다.
1. 금지되는 콘텐츠와 행위
가. 타인에 대한 공격
- 비방, 모욕, 조롱, 협박
- 지속적인 괴롭힘, 원치 않는 반복 접촉
- 성별, 나이, 지역, 장애, 인종, 종교, 성적 지향에 근거한 차별이나 혐오 표현
나. 자해와 자살
- 자해나 자살의 구체적인 방법, 수단, 장소를 서술하거나 공유하는 행위
- 자해나 자살을 권유, 조장, 미화하거나 동반자를 구하는 행위
- 섭식장애를 조장하거나 극단적인 절식·구토 방법을 공유하는 행위
힘든 감정을 있는 그대로 적는 것은 금지되지 않습니다. 비움은 그러기 위해 만든 앱입니다. 다만 다른 사람이 따라 할 수 있는 방법이 적히는 순간 삭제 대상이 됩니다.
다. 성적 콘텐츠
- 음란물, 성행위 묘사, 성적 대상화
- 미성년자가 등장하거나 미성년자를 연상시키는 성적 콘텐츠 (즉시 영구 정지 및 수사기관 신고)
- 원치 않는 성적 메시지
라. 개인정보와 신원
- 본인 또는 타인의 실명, 전화번호, 주소, 학교, 직장, 계좌번호 게시
- 익명 이용자의 신원을 특정하거나 특정하려 시도하는 행위
- 다른 이용자의 글을 외부에 무단으로 옮기는 행위
마. 상업적 이용과 스팸
- 광고, 홍보, 판매, 링크 유도
- 도박, 대출, 마약, 불법 거래 관련 내용
- 동일하거나 유사한 글의 반복 게시
바. 서비스 방해
- 자동화 프로그램을 이용한 게시, 수집, 계정 생성
- 다중 계정을 이용한 조작이나 정지 회피
- 타인 사칭
2. 신고하는 방법
- 게시글, 댓글, 메시지 오른쪽 상단 메뉴에서 신고를 선택합니다.
- 찬스봇의 AI 응답에 관한 신고는 dnjsvltmp@naver.com으로 보내주세요.
- 사유를 고르면 접수됩니다. 신고 사실은 상대방에게 알려지지 않습니다.
- 같은 콘텐츠를 여러 명이 신고하면 우선 검토됩니다.
3. 처리 절차
- 접수 — 신고 즉시 접수되며, 심각한 유형은 자동으로 노출이 제한됩니다.
- 검토 — 접수 후 24시간 이내에 검토합니다.
- 조치 — 아래 기준에 따라 조치합니다.
- 통지 — 신고자에게 처리 결과를 앱 내 알림으로 알립니다. 조치를 받은 이용자에게도 사유를 알립니다.

4. 차단
신고와 별개로 특정 이용자를 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단하면 그 이용자의 글과 댓글이 보이지 않고, 서로 메시지를 주고받을 수 없습니다. 차단 사실은 상대방에게 알려지지 않으며, 설정에서 언제든지 해제할 수 있습니다.
5. 자동 필터링
글과 이미지가 업로드될 때 자동 검사가 실행됩니다. 위험 신호가 감지되면 노출이 제한되고 사람의 검토를 거칩니다. 자동 검사는 완전하지 않으므로, 걸러지지 않은 콘텐츠를 보셨다면 신고해 주세요.
6. 이의 제기
조치가 부당하다고 생각되면 dnjsvltmp@naver.com으로 계정 이메일과 함께 사유를 보내주세요. 접수일로부터 7일 이내에 재검토하고 회신합니다.
7. 위기 상황
다른 이용자의 글에서 즉각적인 위험이 느껴진다면 신고 사유에서 자해나 자살을 조장함을 선택해 주세요. 우선 검토됩니다. 다만 비움은 응급 서비스가 아닙니다. 실제 위험이 임박했다고 판단되면 안전 안내의 연락처를 이용하세요.
Community Guidelines
The Bium community is a place where people stay without a name attached, often on their hardest days. That's why the bar here is higher than elsewhere.
Zero tolerance. Bium has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for users who harass others. Where a breach is confirmed, we remove the content without warning and may suspend or permanently eject the account.
1. What is not allowed
a. Attacks on other people
- Insults, mockery, defamation, threats
- Persistent harassment or unwanted repeated contact
- Hate or discrimination based on gender, age, region, disability, race, religion, or sexual orientation
b. Self-harm and suicide
- Describing or sharing specific methods, means, or locations for self-harm or suicide
- Encouraging, glorifying, or seeking companions for self-harm or suicide
- Promoting disordered eating or sharing extreme restriction or purging techniques
Writing honestly about how bad things feel is not prohibited. That is what Bium is for. What crosses the line is anything another person could follow as instructions.
c. Sexual content
- Pornography, depictions of sexual acts, sexual objectification
- Any sexual content involving or suggesting minors — permanent ban and referral to law enforcement, immediately
- Unwanted sexual messages
d. Private information and identity
- Posting real names, phone numbers, addresses, schools, workplaces, or account numbers, whether your own or someone else's
- Identifying, or attempting to identify, an anonymous user
- Republishing another user's posts elsewhere without permission
e. Commercial use and spam
- Advertising, promotion, selling, or driving traffic to links
- Gambling, loans, drugs, or illegal transactions
- Repeated posting of identical or near-identical content
f. Disrupting the Service
- Automated posting, scraping, or account creation
- Using multiple accounts to manipulate the community or evade a suspension
- Impersonating another person
2. How to report
- Open the menu at the top right of any post, comment, or message and choose Report.
- To report a ChanceBot AI response, email dnjsvltmp@naver.com.
- Pick a reason and it's submitted. The other person is not told that you reported them.
- Content reported by several people is reviewed first.
3. How reports are handled
- Received — reports register immediately, and severe categories are hidden from view automatically.
- Reviewed — within 24 hours of receipt.
- Acted on — according to the table below.
- Notified — the reporter is told the outcome by in-app notification, and the user acted against is told the reason.

4. Blocking
Separately from reporting, you can block any user. You won't see their posts or comments, and neither of you can message the other. They are not told they've been blocked, and you can undo it in Settings at any time.
5. Automated filtering
Text and images are checked automatically on upload. Content that trips a signal is hidden pending human review. Automated checks are not perfect, so please report anything that slips through.
6. Appeals
If you believe an action was wrong, email dnjsvltmp@naver.com from your account address with your reasons. We re-review and reply within 7 days.
7. When someone is in danger
If a post suggests someone is at immediate risk, report it using Encourages self-harm or suicide so it is reviewed first. Bium is not an emergency service, though. If the danger looks imminent, use the numbers on the safety page.
