계정 및 데이터 삭제
앱을 설치하지 않으셨거나 이미 삭제하셨어도 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 앱을 다시 설치하실 필요는 없습니다. 아래 방법 2를 이용해 주세요.
방법 1. 앱에서 직접 요청 (가장 빠름)
- 비움 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
- 설정 탭으로 이동합니다.
- 화면을 아래로 내려 회원탈퇴를 선택합니다.
- 안내에 따라 확인하면 계정이 삭제 예정 상태로 전환됩니다.
방법 2. 웹에서 이메일로 요청 (앱 없이 가능)
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래 버튼을 누르면 삭제 요청 메일이 자동으로 작성됩니다. 가입에 사용하신 이메일 주소에서 보내주세요.
버튼이 작동하지 않으면 아래 내용을 직접 작성해 보내주셔도 됩니다.
- 받는 사람: dnjsvltmp@naver.com
- 제목: [계정 삭제 요청] BiUm
- 내용: 가입 이메일 주소, 닉네임
본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 삭제 예정 상태로 전환하고, 처리 결과를 회신드립니다.
삭제가 진행되는 과정

삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일 주소, 비밀번호, 닉네임, 프로필)
- 작성한 일기 전체와 감정 기록
- 업로드한 사진, 음성 녹음, 동영상
- 커뮤니티 게시글, 댓글, 공감 기록
- 찬스봇 대화 내용 및 기억 데이터
- 친구, 차단, 메시지 기록
삭제 후에도 보관되는 데이터
법령에 따라 아래 기록은 정해진 기간 동안 보관된 뒤 파기됩니다. 이 기록은 다른 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
- 서비스 접속 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
- 결제 및 계약 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법) — 유료 결제 이력이 있는 경우에 한함
- 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
- 신고 처리 중인 자료: 처리 종료 시까지
주의
7일이 지나면 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 삭제된 일기와 사진은 복구할 수 없으며, 같은 이메일로 다시 가입하더라도 이전 기록은 돌아오지 않습니다.

Delete your account and data
You can request deletion even if you never installed the app, or have already removed it. You do not need to reinstall anything — use Option 2 below.
Option 1. Request in the app (fastest)
- Open BiUm and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is then scheduled for deletion.
Option 2. Request by email from the web (no app needed)
If you cannot reach the app, the button below opens a pre-filled deletion request. Please send it from the email address you registered with.

- Include: your registered email address and nickname
We verify the request and schedule the deletion within 3 business days, then confirm by reply.
How deletion proceeds

What gets deleted
- Account details (email address, password, nickname, profile)
- All journal entries and mood records
- Uploaded photos, voice recordings, and videos
- Community posts, comments, and reactions
- ChanceBot conversations and stored memory
- Friend, block, and message records
What we must keep
Korean law requires us to retain the records below for a fixed period before destroying them. They are not used for any other purpose.
- Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
- Payment and contract records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) — only if you made a purchase
- Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years (same Act)
- Material under review following a report: until that matter is closed
Please note
After 7 days the deletion cannot be undone. Deleted entries and photos cannot be recovered, and registering again with the same email will not restore them.
