자주 묻는 질문
로그인이 안 됩니다
비밀번호 재설정을 먼저 시도해 보세요. 로그인 화면의 비밀번호 찾기를 누르면 가입 이메일로 재설정 링크가 발송됩니다. 메일이 오지 않으면 스팸함을 확인해 주세요. 그래도 안 되면 가입 이메일 주소와 함께 문의해 주세요.
일기를 실수로 지웠습니다. 복구되나요?
삭제된 일기는 복구할 수 없습니다. 삭제 시 서버에서 즉시 제거되며 별도의 휴지통 기능이 없습니다.
계정을 삭제하고 싶습니다
앱 내 설정 화면 하단의 회원탈퇴에서 직접 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱을 이미 지웠다면 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.
신고했는데 아무 일도 일어나지 않은 것 같습니다
접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토합니다. 결과는 앱 내 알림으로 안내됩니다. 개인정보 보호를 위해 상대방에게 어떤 조치가 내려졌는지는 구체적으로 알려드리지 않습니다. 24시간이 지나도 알림이 없다면 문의해 주세요.

사진이 업로드되지 않습니다
저장 용량 한도에 도달했을 수 있습니다. 설정에서 사용 중인 용량을 확인해 주세요. 용량이 가득 차도 글로 쓴 일기는 항상 저장됩니다. 첨부만 제한됩니다.
데이터를 내려받을 수 있나요?
내 데이터 내려받기 기능을 준비 중입니다. 그전에 필요하시면 가입 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 파일로 보내드립니다.
커뮤니티에서 제 신원이 드러나지 않나요?
커뮤니티에는 닉네임만 표시되며, 이메일 주소나 실명은 다른 이용자에게 공개되지 않습니다. 다만 글 내용에 직접 적으신 정보는 보호할 수 없으니 학교, 직장, 실명 등은 적지 말아주세요.
버그 신고와 제안
오류를 발견하셨다면 어떤 화면에서 무엇을 눌렀을 때 생겼는지, 가능하면 화면 캡처와 함께 보내주세요. 1인이 만드는 앱이라 모든 제안에 답하지는 못하지만 전부 읽고 있습니다.

Including your registered email address, device (iPhone or Android), and app version will get things resolved much faster.
Common questions
I can't sign in
Try resetting your password first — tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and a reset link goes to your registered email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If that still doesn't work, write to us with your registered address.
I deleted an entry by mistake. Can it be restored?
No. Deleted entries are removed from the server immediately and there is no trash folder.
I want to delete my account
Use the Delete Account menu at the bottom of the Settings screen in the app. If you've already removed the app, see how to delete your account.
I reported something and nothing seems to have happened
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and the outcome is sent as an in-app notification. To protect privacy, we don't tell you specifically what action was taken against another user. If 24 hours pass with no notification, please contact us.
ChanceBot said something strange
Email dnjsvltmp@naver.com with the conversation. We review within 24 hours and feed it directly into prompt improvements. See the AI disclosure for more.
My photo won't upload
You may have reached your storage limit. Check your usage in Settings. Even when storage is full, text entries always save — only attachments are limited.
Can I export my data?
A data export feature is in progress. Until then, request it from your registered email address and we'll verify and send you a file.
Can other users identify me in the community?
Only your nickname is shown. Your email address and real name are never visible to other users. That said, we cannot protect information you type into a post yourself — please don't include your school, workplace, or real name.
Bugs and suggestions
If you hit an error, tell us which screen you were on and what you tapped, with a screenshot if you can. Bium is built by one person, so we can't reply to every suggestion, but all of them get read.
