AI(찬스봇) 이용 고지

시행일: 2026년 8월 6일 · 본 고지는 이용약관 제10조의 세부 내용입니다.

찬스봇은 비움 안에서 대화할 수 있는 AI 기능입니다. 사용하기 전에 아래 내용을 확인해 주세요.

1. 찬스봇은 AI입니다

  • 찬스봇의 모든 응답은 인공지능 언어모델이 생성한 문장이며, 사람이 답하는 것이 아닙니다.
  • 회사는 제3자 AI 사업자(OpenAI, L.L.C.)의 언어모델을 이용해 응답을 생성합니다.
  • 이용자와 찬스봇의 대화 기록은 자연스러운 맥락 유지를 위해 저장되며, 이를 기억이라고 부릅니다.

2. 찬스봇이 하지 않는 것

찬스봇은 상담사도, 의료인도, 응급 대응 수단도 아닙니다. 진단하지 않고, 치료하지 않으며, 약이나 치료법을 권하지 않습니다. 찬스봇의 말은 전문가의 판단을 대신할 수 없습니다.

3. 응답의 한계

  • AI는 사실과 다른 내용을 그럴듯하게 말할 수 있습니다. 날짜, 숫자, 의학·법률 정보는 반드시 다른 곳에서 확인하세요.
  • 같은 질문에도 매번 다른 답이 나올 수 있습니다.
  • 이용자의 상황을 완전히 이해하지 못한 채 답할 수 있습니다.
  • 회사는 응답의 정확성, 완전성, 특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.

4. 대화 데이터가 처리되는 방식

  • 이용자가 보낸 메시지는 응답 생성을 위해 미국에 있는 AI 처리업체 서버로 전송됩니다.
  • 전송 구간은 TLS로 암호화됩니다.
  • 해당 업체는 오남용 점검 목적으로 최대 30일간 데이터를 보관할 수 있으며, 모델 학습에는 사용하지 않습니다.
  • 대화 기록과 기억 데이터는 회사의 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 계정을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
  • 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침 4항에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

5. 기억 기능

  • 찬스봇은 대화를 이어가기 위해 이용자가 알려준 정보를 요약해 저장합니다.
  • 저장된 기억은 앱 내 찬스봇 > 기억 관리에서 확인하고 개별 삭제하거나 전체 삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • 기억을 원치 않으면 기능을 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 부적절한 응답 신고

찬스봇이 불쾌하거나 위험하거나 명백히 잘못된 답을 했다면 dnjsvltmp@naver.com 으로 알려주세요. 해당 대화 내용을 함께 보내주시면 도움이 됩니다.

접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토하며, 필요한 경우 프롬프트와 안전장치를 즉시 수정합니다. 처리 결과는 회신드립니다.

7. 이용자가 해서는 안 되는 것

  • 안전장치를 우회해 유해한 내용을 생성하도록 유도하는 행위
  • 자해, 자살, 범죄, 성적 콘텐츠를 생성하게 하려는 시도
  • 찬스봇의 응답을 타인을 공격하는 데 사용하는 행위
  • 자동화된 방법으로 찬스봇을 대량 호출하는 행위

위 행위가 확인되면 이용약관 제9조에 따라 계정이 정지될 수 있습니다.

8. 사용량 제한

무료 이용자는 하루 정해진 횟수만큼 찬스봇과 대화할 수 있습니다. 현재 기준은 앱 내 찬스봇 화면에서 확인할 수 있으며, 서버 비용에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 앱 내 공지로 알립니다.

AI (ChanceBot) Disclosure

ChanceBot is the AI feature you can talk with inside Bium. Please read this before using it.

1. ChanceBot is an AI

  • Every reply is text generated by an artificial intelligence language model. No person is answering.
  • We generate replies using a language model from a third-party AI provider, OpenAI, L.L.C.
  • Your conversations are stored so the thread stays coherent over time. We call this memory.

2. What ChanceBot is not

ChanceBot is not a counsellor, a medical professional, or an emergency service. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not recommend medication or therapy. What it says cannot replace a professional's judgment.

If you feel unsafe right now, contact a crisis service rather than ChanceBot. In the US, call or text 988; in an emergency, 911.

3. Limits of the replies

  • AI can state wrong things convincingly. Always verify dates, numbers, and medical or legal information elsewhere.
  • The same question can produce different answers each time.
  • It may answer without fully understanding your situation.
  • We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

4. How conversation data is handled

  • Messages you send are transmitted to the AI provider's servers in the United States to generate a reply.
  • The transmission is encrypted with TLS.
  • The provider may retain data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, and does not use it to train models.
  • Conversation history and memory are stored in our database and are deleted when you delete your account.

5. Memory

  • ChanceBot saves summaries of what you've told it so conversations can continue naturally.
  • You can review, delete individual items, or clear everything under ChanceBot > Manage memory in the app.
  • If you'd rather it didn't remember, you can turn the feature off.

6. Reporting an inappropriate reply

If ChanceBot says something offensive, unsafe, or clearly wrong, please tell us at dnjsvltmp@naver.com. Including the conversation helps us act faster.

We review reports within 24 hours and adjust the prompt and safety measures immediately where needed. We reply with the outcome.

7. What you must not do

  • Attempt to bypass safety measures to produce harmful output
  • Try to generate content about self-harm, suicide, crime, or sexual material
  • Use ChanceBot's replies to attack another person
  • Call ChanceBot in bulk through automated means

Confirmed breaches may result in suspension under Section 9 of the Terms of Service.

8. Usage limits

Free accounts can talk with ChanceBot a set number of times per day. The current limit is shown on the ChanceBot screen in the app and may be adjusted as server costs change. We announce any change in the app.
